[scene opens with a male student worker entering a college library and putting on his headphones, when another male student hands him a pile of books to reshelve]
[the student worker puts the books on a cart and heads for the stacks]
[cut to the student worker reshelving some of the books, when he finds one old-looking book (with strange runic symbols on the cover) out of place on the shelf]
[cut to a closeup of the student worker flipping through the pages, as ominous music plays]
[cut to the student worker suddenly waking up on the banks of a river]
[cut to a closeup of the student worker, as he gets up and starts walking towards a lone white flower]
[he stops when he hears a splashing sound in the river behind him, and when he turns back there is suddenly a man in a white robe holding a staff in front of him]
[the student worker tries to walk towards the man, when he notices several black-cloaked figures are surrounding him]
[he falls backwards, then attempts to run away]
[cut to a closeup of the student worker, as he stops and sees the man in the white robe ahead of him]
[he runs towards the man, with several black-cloaked figures pursuing him]
[cut to a closeup of the student worker, as he reaches out and grabs the man's hand]
[cut to the student worker back in the stacks, as he drops the book in shock and confusion, then quickly gets his cart and leaves]
["Later" appears on screen]
[cut to a female student browsing through the stacks, when she finds the same book on the floor]
[cut to a closeup of the female student, as she picks up the book and opens it]
