[after materializing in the Dalek capital city of Kaalann, Amy Pond begins to fade out of existence (with the extermination of the human race in this alternate reality, she has become a living paradox and the TARDIS can only protect her for so long), so The Doctor searches the Dalek facility for the components of a chronon blocker to stabilize Amy's condition]
AMY: Doctor, please hurry. I'm fading away.
DOCTOR: Don't worry, Amy. I've got all the components I need now.
["Assemble Chronon Blocker" appears on screen, as the player completes a mini-game to "activate" the device, then cut to The Doctor attaching the chronon blocker to Amy's wrist (causing her to solidify)]
DOCTOR: How's that?
AMY: A bit better ... Hmm, at least I've got some colour back.
DOCTOR: See-through is so not you ... Uh, it will block the Chronon energies for awhile, but we have to reach the Supreme Council Chamber and deactivate whatever is in there.
AMY: But how do we even find out what's in there? It could be a Dalek convention inside.
DOCTOR: Ahh ... We can see into it from the Daleks' Visualiser Room. Come on.
["New Objective! Gain access to security" appears on screen, as the player exits the room and (after avoiding a Dalek on patrol in the hallway) enters the Visualiser Room]
DOCTOR: Here we are ...
[they run in and crouch down against the wall]
DOCTOR: This is where they monitor and record all Dalek activity across the universe. This is like the Dalek Records Office.
AMY: A librarian Dalek ... that's something I actually want to see.
[The Doctor looks up at the giant "eye" situated on the adjacent wall, projecting a yellow beam outwards into the middle of the room]
DOCTOR: There's your librarian ... the Visualiser Eye. And you know what sticklers librarians are.
[cut to a closeup of one of the computer consoles in the room]
DOCTOR: We need to get to the consoles so I can deactivate the security beam.
[cut back to The Doctor, as he points to something off camera]
DOCTOR: Those Data Banks look like good cover ... let's go.
[the camera pans over to some large metal structures in the middle of the room]
DOCTOR: There are three security consoles that I need to decrypt ... that's the first one over there.
[the player makes his way to the first computer console]
DOCTOR: This console is linked to that beam, it just needs a sonic boost ...
[the player selects the Sonic Screwdriver from the inventory]
DOCTOR: The controls are encrypted. I need to reconfigure the console.
["Reconfigure Console" appears on screen, as the player completes another mini-game]
["Success! The Visualiser security system is partially reconfigured" appears on screen]
DOCTOR: Brilliant. The security beam has narrowed. We had better be careful though, the rate of its scan sweep has speeded up.
[the player makes his way to another computer console]
AMY: I'm sure that beam is faster now ... be careful.
[the player reaches the console, then selects the Sonic Screwdriver from the inventory]
DOCTOR: I bet the security system will be tougher to crack now.
["Reconfigure Console" appears on screen, as the player completes another mini-game]
["Success! The Visualiser security system is almost completely reconfigured" appears on screen]
DOCTOR: Just one to go now ... That beam is moving pretty fast.
[the player makes his way to the final computer console (being careful to avoid the now-red security beam), then selects the Sonic Screwdriver from the inventory]
DOCTOR: This encryption is even more complex. I need to concentrate ...
["Reconfigure Console" appears on screen, as the player completes another mini-game]
["Success! The Visualiser security system has been reconfigured" appears on screen, as the security beam shuts off]
DOCTOR: Right ... Let's see what we can see, shall we?
[the giant "eye" on the wall grows opaque, then shows the interior of another room in the facility]
DOCTOR: Aha, that's the Supreme Council Chamber, alright ...
[the image focuses on the Dalek Emperor]
DOCTOR: There's the Emperor.
AMY: He is massive.
DOCTOR: Occupational hazard. You're sitting on a throne all the time, you're gonna put on a few pounds ...
[the image focuses on a device near the Emperor]
DOCTOR: But that is what I'm interested in.
AMY: Is that it? Whatever the Daleks used to wipe out the Earth?
DOCTOR: Well, if I was a betting man ... yep, that'd be it.
[The Doctor takes out his Sonic Screwdriver]
DOCTOR: That's interesting ... Temporal co-ordinates.
AMY: Interesting to you, maybe, but how do we get anywhere near that thing with all those Daleks around?
DOCTOR: [pause] Knock politely.
AMY: What?!

From gamefaqs.com:

Act Two [CD2]
Collectables: 5 Cards, 1 Fact
Difficulty: 5/10 (Beware of Patrols)

Now you have arrived on Skaro at the Dalek city of Kaalann. In this room use the Sonic Screwdriver on the Dalek helmet. My tip for this minigame is to keep steady. There are a few more like this later on. Once this minigame is done you will be able to walk through locked doors. Leave Amy and head out of the room, turning left into a larger room. On the left side of this room wait for the Dalek to return and then run up. Half-way will be a door to the left. Go inside. To the right of this room is Card #6 - Adipose. Now go to the blocks on the other side of the room and push them before climbing up. Once in the other room collect Card #7 - K9 and check the Fact about the Daleks. Pick up the Kontron Crystal and then Sonic the door open, moving forwards into the big room from before. We still need the Dalekanium Coil so turn left and when the Dalek turns his back to you, follow it. Head through the door at the end. In the room with the Dalekanium Coil is Card #8 - Daleks. Head back out and once you are in the big room straight ahead there is Card #9 - the Blackcurrant Jelly Baby (one of the Doctor's favourite sweets). Navigate back through this room so you eventually reach the beginning and as such Amy.

Talk to Amy and you'll have to do another of the mini-games fetching the components through the maze. This time there is two of them. Once done, Amy will stop fading out of existence. Exit the room and turn right this time. Avoiding this Dalek, you'll end up in the Visualiser Room. There are 3 consoles in here which need deactivating. The first is straight ahead. Sonic it for a minigame where you have to match the symbols. Once this is done, run right over to the other side of the room avoiding the sight of the "Dalek Librarian". Sonic this console but before heading to the third, Card #10 - Adelaide Brooke is located near the wall. Now you can run over to the third which is underneath the eye. Once this is done walk out the room and get into a lift.

This bit is mainly all cutscenes now but you will have a total of 4 choices of things to say to the Emperor. Once you ask him to show you power the Eye of Time will show up. The Doctor and Amy will then jump into it and travel into the past to stop the Daleks wiping out Earth in 1963.

From wikia.com:

The Visualiser (also known as the Visualiser Eye, and referred to by Amy Pond as a "Dalek Librarian") was a piece of Dalek technology used in Kaalann to monitor the universe. It appeared to be a giant Dalek eyepiece. It could also connect to the eyepieces of every nearby Dalek and could scan for intruders. (GAME: City of the Daleks)
